This beer is a showcase of the freshest hops available. This time its the USA 2024 crop year that gets the treatment. American hops are the OGs of craft beer as we know it inspiring waves of breweries, including us, to focus on hop forward beers. Here we combine Indie Hops Strata with Crosby Hops Azacca, Idaho 7 and El Dorado for a citrus and tropical fruit juice bomb of a pale ale.

This is the seventh in our series of beers that showcase a hop variety in all it's glory. This time we're heading back to New Zealand and it's the one of a kind, utterly unique, Nelson Sauvin getting the treatment. It's the one hop that screams New Zealand to us, more than any other. Distinct in it's gooseberry, white wine notes along with more recognisable tropical fruit salad vibes. It's a big, bold hop that we love and are very excited to share with you in this soft and juicy Hazy IPA.

This beer is a very special collaboration with the culinary legends Keralan Karavan. We have been friends and big fans of their Southern Indian style street food for years now and we were super happy when Krish and Cally approached us about brewing a beer together. We decided on a heavily fruited, juicy, hoppy pale ale that would perfectly complement the vibrant flavours and spices of their food. We started with a thick and smooth pale ale base thanks to plenty of oats in the mash, a juicy yeast strain and some Sabro hops for their pineapple and slight coconut vibes. We then blended the beer with LOTS of Alfonso Mango puree to finish it off. The result is a unbelievably drinkable, pure Mango and tropical fruit heaven in a glass.

This super pale, soft and juicy pale ale is a love letter to some incredible New Zealand hops. As soon as we opened the bags of Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops from Eggers Hops we couldn't wait to get them in a beer and share them with you. They are some of the most aromatic and exciting hops we have had the pleasure to work with, bursting with passionfruit, grapefruit, lime and so much more. We LOVE them and hope you do too. Cheers!
