HYBRID THEORY - 7.5% TDH IPA (Collab with Dark Element Brewing)

This is a very special one. The second home collaboration with our pal Tom up at Dark Element Brewing. He's been smashing out amazing hop forward beers consistently for over a year now, inspiring us to strive to make better and better hoppy beer.
The brief here was pretty simple, how can we fit as many hops as possible into an IPA and still make it extremely drinkable. We used a whole spectrum of hops and processes to cram as much hoppy goodness in, leaning on Citra DYNABOOST hop extract and Riwaka T90 hops on the hot side followed by a triple round of dry hopping that included Citra Cryo, Riwaka Hop Kief and bucket loads of Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin T90 pellets.
The result is simply the thickest, juiciest and most deliciously hoppy beer ever to come out of our little brewery.
